Job description

Location:Japan,Korea, Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou


Responsibilities:

1. According to the existing business development needs, coordinate and count the recruitment needs of each department, and prepare the recruitment plan

2. Maintain, grade and analyze recruitment channels

3. Establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system

4. Use various channels to publish recruitment advertisements and seek for recruitment agencies

5. Establishment of candidate talent selection scheme and talent reserve mechanism


Job requirements

1. Full time bachelor degree or above, major in human resources is preferred

2. More than 3 years experience in fund or wealth management recruitment

3. Hard working, strong communication and coordination ability
